1880 's Baines card of the Salford rugby player J Tone (Tune ?) This card was customized in the late 1880s. It originally showed another team's name. a piece of paper with SALFORD has been pasted over the original. The scrapbook whence it came was end-dated 1888. James Tipper was the first owner of the scrapbook. UNUSUAL item!
