Description
Late 1920s to 1960s Italian trade cards of Tazio Nuvolari the champion motorcyclist AND racing driver! These 5 cards are in mixed condition but the range from the impossibly rare (silver card in the shape of a coin by Elah) to Panini. The small red-jersey card, top left, shows him as a MotoGP winner after Monza 1926, long before his car racing days! The same image was used on the 1930's mini-postcard (issued with chocolates). Ferdinand Porshe said Nuvolari was, "the greatest driver of the past, the present, and the future"! These 5 trade cards include some really hard to find... impossible to find (other than here) cards. SOLD AS SEEN as a lot with faults. £300 s/p is a good deal fro the lot as the largest colourful card merits £300 alone
