A 1922 rarity of Lincoln City's erstwhile goalie Tom (T.E.) Fern, at Everton, from where he moved, in 1924, to play for Port Vale. This is one of the rarest football cards extant, issued by Hulton & Co., Daily Dispatch, before it merged with News Chronicle. This card pre-dates the Pocket Portraits
