From circa 1950-52 Silvio Piola by Dolcificio Lombardo! This cards issuer was later to become known as Perfetti Gum. The Perfetti Brothers are LEGENDARY in Italy and in the history of gum cards. These early perfettis are SO VERY RARE hence the price. This is one of the few Piola cards where the issuer is as famous and perhaps more valuable than the star+year combination which usually command a card's value. SOLD AS SEEN
